Grilled peaches and summer go hand in hand so grilling this plump succulent fruit is a must try! These are super simple to make
4 peaches, cut in half, pit removed
¼ cup honey
1 tbs. maple syrup (optional)
¼ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. ancho chili powder
pinch of salt
canola oil, or any neutral tasting oil
Preheat indoor or outdoor grill to high.
In a small bowl add the honey, maple syrup, cinnamon, ancho chili powder, salt and mix until combined.
Brush flesh side of peaches with canola oil and cook flesh side down until peaches are tender (not mushy).
Top each with the ancho-cinnamon honey. Serve on it’s own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
Adriana’s Tip: This ancho-cinnamon honey also goes great on waffles, pancakes, slice of toast, ice cream or grilled pineapple!
